Paris, also known as the City of Love, is the capital of France and is one of the top 10 most visited destinations in the world. Filled with famous museums and landmarks, as well as highly reputable restaurants and delicious pastries, there are endless things to do in Paris.

Eiffel Tower


This is the map I made to organize and plan my trip!


Outdoor Attractions

  • Eiffel Tower (can purchase tickets to go up the tower, lights twinkle at night for 5 minutes at the beginning of every hour)

  • Arc de Triomphe (can purchase tickets to go up the structure)

  • Trocadéro Gardens

  • Luxembourg Gardens + Statue of Liberty + Luxembourg Palace

  • Louvre Museum (€17/person)

  • Montparnasse Tower (€19 for one trip up the tower and €25 for the day and night pass - two trips within 3 days)

  • Sainte-Chapelle (€11.50/person)

  • Palace of Versailles + Gardens of Versailles + The Grand Trianon + Petit Trianon + Queen’s Hamlet (€20 for the “Passport” ticket - gives access to all parts of the estate)

  • Pantheon (€11.50/person)

  • The Centre Pompidou

  • Palais Garnier

  • Conciergerie

  • Petit Palais

  • Fondation Louis Vuitton


Shopping

  • Galeries Lafayette Haussmann (mall for luxury brands)

  • Westfield Forum des Halles (mainstream/casual mall)

  • Place Vendôme (Louis Vuitton, Dior, Goyard, Cartier, Gucci, Bulgari etc.)

  • Muji

  • Uniqlo Opera

  • Niche fragrance stores (Le Labo, Byredo, Aesop)

Be sure to bring your passport with you to get tax refund when you go shopping! You typically have to spend at least €100 at one store in order to qualify for tax refund in France. Be sure to mention it to the sales representative to ensure you have the paper work or know where to get the paper work printed. You will bring the paper work to scan at the airport.
