Being the second-most populous city in South Korea, Busan is known for its beaches, seafood, and Buddhist temples.

Haedong Yonggungsa Temple

My friends and I spent 3 days exploring the various parts of Busan. We walked along the beach, saw landmarks, ate delicious food, saw views of the whole city, and wandered around malls and did some shopping!

The Eats

We chose places to eat based on what was nearby and what had high ratings. In Busan, we had grilled seafood, fried chicken, "army" stew (budaejjigae - 부대찌개), two version of black bean noodles (jjajangmyeon - 짜장면) with one being seafood and the other having green tea noodles, fried pork in sweet and sour sauce (tangsuyuk - 탕수육), and some desserts!
